The Shenchuangyi air-cooled box-type cold air unit series integrates the essence of domestic and foreign products, is manufactured with modern advanced technology, and features excellent quality and an attractive appearance. The current cooling capacity of the product ranges from 3000cal/hr to 240,000 kcal /hr(1HP-120HP). It can be widely applied in industrial refrigeration air fields such as chemical engineering, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing stations, laser, printing, circuit boards, etc.
Compressors: Select original imported fully hermetic reciprocating/scroll and semi-hermetic screw/reciprocating compressors. Good performance and low noise. According to the customer's needs and tonnage, single machines or multi-machine combinations can be adopted. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to the load changes, balancing the operating speed of each compressor, which extends the service life of the cold air unit.
Evaporator: The evaporator adopts a strong tube with internal and external threads. The inner surface of the copper tube has threads, and the outer surface is smooth, providing excellent cooling performance. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board on the outside, which does not condense and has less cold loss.
Condenser: The condenser is equipped with highly efficient transverse slit fins and inner-threaded copper tubes, featuring high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.
The protection system devices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.
Computer control system: Shenchuangyi Company has developed high-intelligence PLC and PC-level computer control systems, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. The operation is simple, the main unit is connected to the power supply, the failure rate is low, the safety factor is high, and the installation is easy. The system control can be adjusted instantly, which is intuitive and reliable.
The box panel: The box panel of the unit is precisely processed by a CNC punching machine and coated with electrostatic powder paint. It has a luxurious and beautiful appearance and excellent sound insulation effect.
