Cooling tower Installation instructions
First, select the installation site:
Cooling towers should be installed on buildings with sufficient load-bearing capacity (or on the ground), with good ventilation. The minimum distance between the air inlet of the cooling tower and the parallel building should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the tower body to ensure unobstructed entry of fresh air into the tower and effectively prevent the backflow of hot air discharged from cooling. Installation in places where hot air is generated and dust is flying should be avoided as much as possible. Otherwise, other measures should be taken.
Preparation for starting the cooling tower:
Open the sewage raft door of the water pan to wash all components of the tower body and clean the water basin.
Check whether each operating part is flexible and whether the gap between the fan blades and the tower body is uniform.
Adjust the float raft so that the water basin level is 20mm below the 湓 water outlet.
