All water-cooled screw chiller units of our company are carefully selected from original imported semi-hermetic screw types. The twin-screw with a 5:6 tooth ratio and advanced linear design is low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Good performance and low noise. According to the customer's requirements and the size of the cooling tonnage, single machines or multiple units can be combined. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to the load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor, which greatly extends the service life of the chiller. The trouble-free operation can reach more than 45,000 hours.

High-efficiency and energy-saving evaporator

The copper tubes of the evaporator adopt the internal and external threaded enhanced tubes from Kobe, Japan. The surface of the copper tube has threads. The outer surface of the copper tube is smooth and has a good cooling effect. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and has less cold loss. It is designed with the latest CAD technology and processed by CNC. The structure is tight and the performance is stable. Note: Depending on the application industry, Coco customizes heat recovery type and explosion-proof type.
