Water-cooled box-type chiller
Manufactured with modern advanced technology, it features excellent quality and an attractive appearance. The current cooling capacity of the product ranges from 5HP to 50HP. It can be widely applied in the fields of industrial chilled water such as chemical engineering, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing stations, laser, printing, circuit boards, etc.
Compressor:
Select the original imported fully enclosed reciprocating scroll compressor. Good performance and low sound. According to the customer's needs and tonnage, single machines or multi-machine combinations can be adopted. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to the load changes, balancing the operating time of each compressor and greatly extending the service life of the chiller.
Evaporator:
The evaporator adopts internal and external threaded copper tubes. The inner surface of the copper tubes has threads, and the outer surface of the copper tubes is smooth, providing excellent cooling performance. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board on the outside, which does not condense and has less cold loss.
Condenser:
The condenser adopts original imported copper tubes from Germany and Japan, which are processed into trapezoidal low-ribbed tubes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The inner surface of the copper tube becomes smooth, reducing water pressure and making it easier to clean and maintain. The protection system devices include: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light. The box panels of the unit are precisely processed by CNC punching machines and coated with electrostatic powder paint. They have a luxurious and beautiful appearance and excellent sound insulation effect.
