The Shenchuangyi air-cooled box-type explosion-proof chiller series integrates the essence of domestic and foreign products, is manufactured with modern advanced technology, and features excellent quality and an attractive appearance. The current cooling capacity of the product ranges from 3000cal/hr to 240,000 kcal /hr(1HP-120HP). It can be widely applied in the fields of industrial chilled water such as chemical engineering, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing stations, laser, printing, circuit boards, etc.

Compressors: Select original imported explosion-proof fully enclosed reciprocating/scroll and semi-enclosed screw/reciprocating compressors. Good performance and low noise. According to the customer's needs and tonnage, single machines or multi-machine combinations can be adopted. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to the load changes, balancing the operating speed of each compressor and thus extending the service life of the chiller.

Evaporator: The evaporator is made of stainless steel with internal and external threaded strong tubes. The inner surface of the copper tube has threads, and the outer surface is smooth, providing excellent cooling performance. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board on the outside, which does not condense and has less cold loss.

Condenser: The condenser is equipped with highly efficient transverse slit fins and inner-threaded copper tubes, featuring high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.

The protection system devices include: explosion-proof control box, temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.

Computer control system: Shenchuangyi Company has developed high-intelligence PLC and PC-level computer control systems, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. The operation is simple, the main unit is connected to the power supply, the failure rate is low, the safety factor is high, and the installation is easy. The system control can be adjusted instantly, which is intuitive and reliable.

The box panel: The box panel of the machine is precisely processed by a CNC punching machine, featuring a stainless steel outer box. It has a luxurious and beautiful appearance and excellent sound insulation effect.
