Air-cooled box-type chiller
Manufactured with modern advanced technology, it features excellent quality and an attractive appearance. The current cooling capacity of the product ranges from 300alr to 20,000 kcal /hr(1HP -120HP). It can be widely applied in the fields of industrial chilled water such as chemical engineering, food, plastics, electroplating, concrete mixing stations, laser, printing, circuit boards, etc.
Compressor:
Selected original imported fully enclosed reciprocating/scroll compressors. Good performance and low noise. According to the customer's needs and tonnage, single machines or multi-machine combinations can be adopted. The evaporator adopts internal and external threaded copper tubes. The inner surface of the copper tubes has threads, and the outer surface of the copper tubes is smooth, providing excellent cooling performance. The steel pipe with aluminum plate heat exchanger is adopted, which is designed and manufactured in single-loop and multi-loop formats. Moreover, the heat exchange area of the coil is larger than that of the general standard design, ensuring uniform surface air velocity, stable heat exchange and long-lasting efficiency. Temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.
Box board:
The box panels of the unit are precisely processed by CNC punching machines and coated with electrostatic powder paint. They have a luxurious and beautiful appearance and excellent sound insulation effect.
