<Water-cooled open-type chiller
1. Durable and highly energy-efficient compressors
The compressors adopt hermetic scroll compressors of internationally renowned brands such as Panasonic compressor (Panasonic of Japan), Copeland(Copeland of the United States), BITZER (Bitzer of Germany), and Hanzhong compressor (Hanzhong of Taiwan) It has a 20-30% higher energy efficiency than reciprocating compressors, and features stable and reliable operation, high efficiency and low failure rate, low vibration and noise, as well as convenient maintenance. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling tonnage, a single compressor or a combination of multiple compressors can be adopted. The compressors can automatically alternate operation based on load changes, balancing the operating hours of each compressor to achieve energy conservation and extend the service life of the chiller. Its elegant and exquisite appearance design and reliable and stable high-efficiency quality stand out among similar products! Hermetic scroll compressors come in various types suitable for different refrigerants such as R22, R407c, and R134a.
Ii. Shell and Tube Evaporator (Utilizing High-efficiency internal thread heat exchange copper tubes)
The copper tubes of the shell and tube evaporator adopt inner-threaded enhanced tubes. The inner surface of the copper tubes has threads, and the outer surface is smooth, providing excellent cooling performance. The evaporator cylinder body is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board, which prevents condensation and minimizes cold loss.
Iii. Shell and Tube Condenser (Adopting High-efficiency external thread heat exchange copper tubes)
The condenser of the open chiller is made of high-efficiency external thread copper tubes processed into trapezoidal low auxiliary tubes, which enhances the heat transfer capacity, has a large heat dissipation capacity and a compact volume. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces water pressure and makes it easy to clean and maintain. It is made by using CAD/CAM processing technology and CNC machining centers. It features a compact structure, high reliability, beautiful appearance and high efficiency and energy saving.
Iv. Chilled Water Pump
It adopts internationally renowned brand water pumps such as Nanfang and Yuanli, which have a long service life, large flow rate, high efficiency, low noise and long-lasting durability.
V. Protective system installation devices
The compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, anti-freezing switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light ensure the normal operation of the unit.
Six. Intelligent computer Control System
The electrical control system adopts high-intelligence PLC and PC-level microcomputer control systems, such as controllers from Bomp of the United States and Siemens of Germany. It is highly responsive and controllable, capable of remote monitoring and control. It features multiple functions including automatic loading and unloading, timed on/off, and recording of fault causes. The operation is simple. The main unit is connected to the power supply. It has a low failure rate, a high safety factor, simple installation, and the system control can be adjusted in real time, which is intuitive and reliable.
