The compressor adopts an international brand, a new type of high-efficiency screw-type rotary compressor, which is 20% to 30% more efficient than ordinary compressors.
capacity control can use four-paragraph (- 75% - 50% - 25%) or higher (66% - 33%) and no sections of control system.
It adopts A combined design of 11 bearings and an A-type axial thrust balance drum, significantly increasing the bearing life by 2.5 to 3.5 times.
It adopts a special channel design with high-efficiency silicon steel sheets and is equipped with an internal and external omnidirectional cooling channel design, enabling the compressor motor to operate efficiently under any load.
The unique built-in hydraulic system ensures that the compressor maintains better lubrication without the need for an oil pump. The oil separation adopts a double-layer filtration method, providing excellent oil filtration performance and allowing the heat exchanger to exert greater capacity.
A variety of refrigerants are available for selection.
In addition to R22 refrigerant, environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134a and R407c can also be selected.
A comprehensive compressor capacity ratio (V1= 2.2.61.0/3.5) is available for selection, which can effectively avoid additional energy consumption caused by compressor overload or insufficient compressor pressure.
